PhaseOne P65+ with 60 Megapixel CCD sensor
On the heels of the recent announcement of the 50 Megapixel Hasselblad H3DII-50 camera system, PhaseOne announces the PhaseOne P65+, its most potent digital back with a 60 Megapixel CCD image sensor. Both new systems use the 6.0 micron technology, but where Kodak uses a 36×48mm sensor size to create an 8176 x 6132 pixel array, PhaseOne beefs up the CCD sensor size and uses a 53.9x40.4mm sensor to create an 8984 x 6732 pixel array for a whopping 60480288 effective pixels...
