Expanding its portfolio of industry-leading digital imaging solutions, Micron Technology, Inc. (NYSE:MU), today introduced a one-fifth inch 2-megapixel (MP) imaging system-on-chip (SOC) for thin mobile phones, PC cameras and personal digital assistants.
